Reducing plastic is good. Reducing chemicals is even better! That is why our OLA Bamboo Natural deodorant (made in Canada) is our new favourite. Its recyclable cardboard packaging allows us to eliminate the plastic containers of regular deodorants, which often are not even recyclable. What’s more, it’s a highly effective product free of aluminum, parabens and—for women who have reactions to —baking soda.
Store at a temperature between 4 and 30 degrees Celsius.
Use your index and middle fingers to press the cardboard under the packaging to push the deodorant stick out. You may need to keep your fingers inside when applying it to keep the deodorant from slipping back down.
Apply a thin layer under your armpits. Do not apply to broken skin.
When the deodorant has been used up, you can recycle the cardboard tube.
