OLA Bamboo’s Eco-Friendly Dental Floss comes in recyclable packaging. Hence, it is an excellent alternative to traditional dental floss. The traditional floss goes into the garbage and their plastic containers pollute for years and years. In contrast it’s a natural product waxed with Candelilla.
OLA Bamboo floss is biodegradable; however, it does not fall within the strict rules for compost. It takes a little longer to decay than is required by municipal compost. Therefore, it must be placed in the trash where it will eventually disintegrate because it is 100% natural floss containing no plastic.
The small cardboard box goes in the recycling bin once the floss has been used.
